		<description><![CDATA[I had read a while back that all the negative info about soy was coming from shady sources that were possibly funded by meat and dairy industry. So I ignored it. I haven&#039;t had any &quot;bad&quot; experiences! Plus, tofu is just fermented soybeans. And soybeans have more protein and amino acids than all the other beans so they are pretty awesome!]]></description>
